Merriam-Webster defines prayer as: (1) : an address (such as a petition) to God or a god in word or thought (2) : a set order of words used in praying (3): the act or practice of praying to God or a god; kneeling in prayer (4) : a religious service consisting chiefly of prayers (5) : something prayed for
Can we also define prayer as a life lived in accordance to the will of God or a life that delights the Heavenly Father? Yes, we can.
How do we transform our lives into a prayer? How can we consciously practice goodness in our everyday life? An excellent place to start is with the prayer Jesus himself taught us, the Our Father.
Pope Benedict XVI said, “The meaning of the Our Father goes much further than the mere provision of a prayer text. It aims to form our being, to train us in the inner attitude of Jesus.”
Also, we must emulate the Blessed Mother’s life and heed her messages. Her life is a perfect representation of a life lived in accordance to the will of God. The messages given through interior locution to Fr. Gobbi by our Blessed Mother ( the Blue Book, “To The Priests, Our Lady’s Beloved Sons” ) is one of the integral parts of the Cenacle of the Marian Movement of Priests. With the Consecration to the Immaculate Heart of Mary, the Blessed Mother forms us and leads us through her ways to her Son, Jesus. Let’s begin…..
Our Father, Who art in heaven. Hallowed be Thy name, ~ Worship and Give Praise to Our Heavenly Father.
Blessed Mother’s Message # 453 c:
The new era, toward which you are journeying , is bringing all creation to the perfect glorification of the Most Holy Trinity. The Father receives his greatest glory from every creature which reflects his light, his love, and his divine splendor. The Son restores his reign of grace and of holiness, setting free every creature from the slavery of evil and sin. The Holy Spirit pours out in fullness his holy gifts, leads to the understanding of the whole truth, and renews the face of the earth.
Thy Kingdom come, Thy will be done on earth as it is in heaven, ~ Have Faith in God’s plan for us.
Blessed Mother’s Message # 315 b:
Upon it you experience the love of the Father, who loves you very much and leads you, who prepares everything for you through His divine providence, and who calls you to an ever greater happiness. Allow yourselves to be carried at every moment by this fatherly love, like little children who entrust themselves completely to His divine Will.
Give us this day our daily bread, ~ Trust that God provides all that we need. We also ask for Christ, the Bread of Life.
Blessed Mother’s Message # 45 f:
I will be with you; do not fear. As Mother, I will provide everything for you: home, clothing, and food, as only the Mother knows how.
Blessed Mother’s Message # 365 d:
Above all, I am giving you the certitude that I am always here with you, as a true mother, who is closer in moments of trial and suffering. I am attentive to your needs. I comfort you in pain and I take all your sufferings into my Immaculate Heart.
and forgive us our trespasses, as we forgive those who trespass against us, ~ Be humble and ask God’s forgiveness. Show kindness to those who hurt us.
Blessed Mother’s Message # 538 g,h:
Wash yourself at the fountain. Today I am setting before you the ardent and impassioned request of your heavenly Mother that, in these last times of the great tribulation, the Sacrament of Reconciliation be restored in all its splendor in my Church.
Because, it is only from this fountain that divine mercy can be poured out upon all humanity. It is in this sacrament that Jesus can form new hearts and a renewed life. It is only with his precious sacrament that the merciful love of Jesus can be communicated to the Church and to all humanity.
Blessed Mother’s Message # 381 g:
Offer me the fragrant flowers of your love. Love more. Love with greater intensity. Be examples to all of the living out of the new commandment of my Son Jesus:“Love one another as I have loved you.” Do not judge; do not criticize, do not condemn Be kind, gentle, and merciful to everyone.
Lead us not into temptation but deliver us from evil. Amen. ~ Ask for strength to overcome temptation and believe that God has power over the adversary.
Blessed Mother’s Message # 510 m,n:
As Mother of humanity, there has been entrusted to me the task of releasing you from the slavery to Satan. Therefore, it is necessary that you now follow me in the bloody struggle, in order to obtain in the end my greatest victory. Because, Satan will be made powerless by me, and the great force of evil will be completely destroyed by me.
Then all humanity will return to a new marriage of love with its Lord, who will take it in his arms and lead it into the terrestrial paradise of a full and perfect communion of life with him.
As we humbly offer all that we are to God, let us allow the Immaculate Heart of Mary to transform our lives into a prayer that delights our Heavenly Father. God bless us all!
